6×2000mm Steel Slitting Line

Description This steel slitting line is applied for slitting max.6mm thickness×2000mm width steel coils into several small coils with required strip width. We also have the fast change double slitter system for optional, there are two slitters working in turn, one is working, another one is for changing blades.

12×2500mm Thick Steel Slitting Line

Description This thick steel slitting line is used for slitting max.12mm thickness × 2500mm width steel coils into several small coils with required strip width. This line needs space about 40m×10m×5m, including safety area.

Description This steel coil slitting line is used for slitting raw material coils into no. of strips, which can slit raw material coils into specific width. Our company has series of slitting lines, with thickness of 0.1-25mm and width up to 2500mm. The slitting line normally includes loading trolley, decoiler, guiding device (covers lead head, press head, shovel head), coil head shear, centering and caibrating device, slitting machine, scrap rewinder, pre-distribution and tensioning machine, recoiler, and unloading trolley. The main components are decoiler, slitting machine, scrap rewinder, recoiler and PLC control system.
